StoryShort Films (now Rodda Films) was founded back in 2015 by Barrett Rodda and Patrick Rodda Sr.

When StoryShort Films began, it's primary focus was on short documentary style videos that told the stories of small businesses and non-profits.

After Patrick Rodda Sr's untimely death in March of 2018, Barrett decided to fast track he and his father's dream of pivoting their focus to more cinematic commercials and eventually short and feature length films.

Rodda Films was born.
